Village Inn & Suites - Sudbury

Village Inn& suites was a good place for an overnight stop. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom facilities adequate and the parking of course was right in front of the room. There are a pizza hut and Tim Hortons a short drive down the road so quick food was possible for dinner and breakfast. One bonus too was that since we were headed west, we could just stay on that old Highway 17 which cuts across and rejoins the new TransCanada Highway 17 rather than backtracking into Sudbury to continue on our journey. The supplemental charge for our two small dogs was also reasonable. Also, there was a nice grassy area in the back of the motel where we could throw the ball for the dogs.

The manager intervened to move my reservation date without any problems and I appreciate the customer service!

Excellent motel. All amenities. Comfortable. Very nice people running the place. Blackout shade for window. Highway noise is persistent if you're sensitive, but that didn't bother me.
